How requests work.

A request tells us what you’re looking for. We’ll check availability, but it doesn’t guarantee that we can source or reserve a copy. A copy is only reserved when staff confirm that one is actually allocated to your request.

A pre-order is a request for a release with a future release date. For a record already released, make a regular record request. Neither type guarantees availability.

The shop has recorded a supplier purchase and associated enough copies with your request. The record hasn’t arrived yet, and supplier confirmation may still be pending. A supplier order alone does not confirm a reserved copy.

Open the request and tell us why you’d like to cancel. We’ll review it manually. “Cancellation requested” stays separate from your current status until staff approve or decline, with an explanation. There is no automatic approval or promised cancellation deadline.

Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Release schedules and supplier deliveries can change. The latest estimate appears in your request details when staff have one.

Use Google or request a new sign-in link using the same email. Email links are temporary and single-use. Your browser can keep a session until you sign out or it expires. Account linking between Google and email must be verified before launch; contact the shop if your records are missing.

While signed in, open a request and send a message in the conversation. For general contact outside a request, the shop’s verified contact details still need to be configured before launch.
